Seedless Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Fresco® Seedless Cucumber
  • 1 heaping cup cubed pineapple (if frozen, omit ice)
  • 1/2 large ripe, peeling, frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 medium lime, zested + juiced
  • 1 large handful of greens (spinach or kale)
  • 2-4 ice cubes

Get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables with this delicious smoothie. The great thing about a smoothie like this is that if you don’t have time to chop fresh fruit like pineapple, you can buy pre-chopped frozen fruit from your local grocery store.

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until visibly smooth.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
