These fresh oysters look incredible and taste amazing dressed with our tangy Fresco® Cocktail Cucumber sauce.
- In a small bowl, combine rice wine vinegar, shallots, ginger, cucumber, sugar and black pepper; mix with a fork.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or up to the day before you plan to serve, to allow flavors of the mignonette to come together.
- Nestle the oysters in a bed of wet rock salt and ice to keep them steady. Spoon the mignonette sauce over each 1/2 oyster. Serve immediately.
