This Classic Multi-Leaf Salad is a delicious way to get your daily dose of veggies. Made with Symphony® Lettuce Ensemble and Fresco® Mini Cucumbers, it’s great on its own or paired with your favorite dish!
Instructions
- Place dressing ingredients into a mason jar, close the lid and shake!
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add sourdough and toast until nicely brown on the outside. Tear into bite sized pieces and season well.
- Cut the Symphony® Lettuce Ensemble and place in a bowl with the radishes and Fresco® Cocktail Cucumbers. Toss gently. Season with lemon vinaigrette, and put into a bowl or on a plate.
- Sprinkle the croutons over the salad, and use a microplane to cover the salad in a light snow of cheese.
