BBQ Shishito’s and Parm

  • 1 lb Gusto® Shishito Peppers
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 lemon

This super simple recipe perfectly highlights the slightly sweet and smoky taste of Gusto® Shishito Peppers. Tossed in olive oil with a touch of Parmesan sprinkled on top, this BBQ Gusto® Shishito and Parm recipe will be your go-to appetizer all year long!


  1. Turn BBQ on high heat and heat to 600 F.
  2. Toss peppers in olive oil and salt.
  3. Grill util the peppers are blistered and slightly blackened.
  4. Take off heat and place on a plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and squeeze of fresh lemon.
