Sweet Pointed Pepper Crudité

1 Crescendo® Sweet Pointed Pepper

500g ricotta, hung and drained

75 ml lemon juice

200ml chives, cut thin

1 tsp salt

Black pepper to taste

Handful of basil leaves

Impress your friends with this light and flavorful Crescendo® Pepper Crudité.


  1. Cut the pepper in half and remove seeds. Slice into bite size triangles by angling your knife 45o and cutting into shapes
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl, adjusting salt and pepper to taste
  3. Spoon small amount of dip onto each pepper triangle and top with a leaf of freshly torn basil
