SNAP Cucumber Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 SNAP™ Stir Fry Cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1″ size piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

A quick, vibrant stir-fry showcasing SNAP Stir Fry Cucumbers—crisp-tender, juicy, and lightly seasoned for a fresh, savory side with satisfying crunch and light kick of heat.

  1. Mix sugar, white pepper, sesame oil, black vinegar and soy sauce together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat wok over high heat.
  3. Add 1tbsp of oil to wok. Add garlic, ginger and green onion into wok. Mix for 10 seconds.
  4. Add chili paste and peppercorn to wok. Mix for 10 seconds.
  5. Add cucumber to wok. Mix for 20 seconds, tossing until everything is mixed.
  6. Add sauce to wok. Mix and allow to simmer for 20 seconds.
  7. Optional: Top with white sesame seeds
  8. Serve and enjoy!
