  • 1.5 lbs Fresco® Baby Cucumbers, crushed with a knife

Marinade

  • 2 tbsp miso
  • 250 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 1 tsp sambal chili paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

  2. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
