- Preheat your oven to 400 F
- Toss your tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roast your tomatoes with whole unpeeled garlic cloves
- Remove once tomatoes have blistered and the garlic is soft
- Optionally, toast your baguette, and serve with fresh burrata, drizzled with balsamic glaze
