Burrata with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

  • 20 Cameo® Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Ball (8 oz) fresh burrata
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 Baguette

A delicious and simple snack or appetiser for your next get-together!



  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F
  2. Toss your tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roast your tomatoes with whole unpeeled garlic cloves
  4. Remove once tomatoes have blistered and the garlic is soft
  5. Optionally, toast your baguette, and serve with fresh burrata, drizzled with balsamic glaze
