A simple Concerto® Grape Tomato dip that can be served warm or chilled.
Warm Tomato, Cheddar Honey Dip
- Combine tomatoes and olive oil in small pot. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cheese, honey, salt and pepper.
- Continue to simmer until cheese melts. Briefly cool.
- Puree in blender. Taste for seasoning.
Mini Pepper Rosemary Skewers
- Stem rosemary springs, skewer the peppers.
- Season with rosemary, olive oil and sea salt.
- Bake, roast or grill until peppers are tender.
- Serve along side warm Concerto® Classic Grape Tomato dip and freshly diced cucumbers.
