  • 2 bags Fresco® Mini Cucumbers
  • 1 Cup Red wine vinegar
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow mustard seed
  • 1 Bay leaf

*Optional for spicy pickles, Gusto® Hot Pepper, 1 per jar

A super simple way to recreate the classic. Fresco® mini cucumbers pickles made overnight!


  1. Rinse cucumbers and pat dry with paper towel
  2. In a sealable jar, place as many cucumbers as possible (add 1 Gusto® hot pepper if you want a little kick).
  3. In a separate pot, bring vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seed and bay leaf to boil.
  4. When sugar and salt are dissolved, pour pickling liquid inside jar and seal.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
