A delectable delight using our Fresco® Seedless Cucumbers.
- Combine cucumber, avocado, honeydew melon, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice and zest and basil in a bowl. Season to taste with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
- Set grill at medium to high heat. Season scallops with salt; grill for 3 to 4 minutes and turn. Grill for another 2 minutes and remove from heat. Serve immediately with salsa.
