Holiday Fun with Windset Farms® – Part 2

This year we’re bringing you another round of Holiday Fun with Windset Farms® and sharing our favorite holiday themed recipes created by you! If you missed it, check out last years featured recipes here. Read on for fun and festive ways to incorporate your favorite Windset Farms produce into your holiday spread!

Caprese Wreath

The Baker Mama’s, Candy Cane Caprese Board was a hit last year and when we saw the Caprese Wreath she created we fell in love! Simple to make and as Maegan, “TheBakerMama”, says it is “almost too pretty to eat”. This recipe combines thick mozzarella slices layered with juicy tomatoes, fresh basil and cherry tomatoes for a touch of sweetness. We recommend using Windset Farms Tomatoes on the Vine and Cameo® Cherry Tomatoes for the best flavor and freshness. Click here for recipe details from The Baker Mama!

Kids will love biting into this delicious Santa Toast! Whole wheat bread topped with peanut butter, sliced bananas, Soprano® Strawberries, and grapes, this breakfast is easy to make and full of nutrients. You can find greenhouse grown Soprano® Strawberries at Loblaws locations in Canada and Kroger locations in the USA.
