A great summer, fresh Fresco® Seedless Cucumber salad. The dressing for this dish works wonderfully for seared prawns or scallops.
Instructions
Salad
- Toss tuna, cucumber, daikon, cilantro, lime juice and salt together. Add the dressing, to taste and season with Togarashi.
- Divide mixed greens between 4 plates and top with cucumber salad. Serve with crusty bread.
Dressing
- Combine ingredients and whisk until even consistency.
