On Sunday June 6th, Windset Farms® will be taking part in BC Children’s Hospital Foundation’s RBC Race for the Kids, family fun run. This year’s event will be held virtually in order to adhere to health and safety protocols; however, you will still be able to experience plenty of fun and action just like you would at a live event!
RBC Race for the Kids raises funds for children in BC who are facing serious and life-long childhood diseases. Since it’s inception in 1986, over $15 million has been raised to help improve the lives of countless kids. This is Windset’s 7th year sponsoring this great cause. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the contest, entrants must be legal Canadian residents, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Contest Sponsor and the immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, spouse) of, or persons residing in the same household as any of the foregoing persons, are not eligible for the contest. All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
One (1) random winner will be selected based on entries commencing Monday May 10th, 2021 at 3:00pm through Friday May 14th, 2021 at 2:59pm, unless otherwise indicated. Winner will be announced on @WindsetFarms Instagram stories. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Contest Sponsor or its representative will attempt to contact the selected winner through the social media account they entered twice within 24 hours of announcing selected winner. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted after 24 hours, or is contacted but deemed to be ineligible in the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, or is unable or unwilling to comply with these rules, that selected entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be drawn. This process may be repeated until an entrant has been declared the winner.
MISCELLANEOUS
Prizes must be accepted as award with no substitutions, whether in cash or otherwise, except at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor or their authorized representatives are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of the entrants will be governed and controlled by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
