1 Maestro® Sweet Bell Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
2-3 Fresco® Mini Cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 hot pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small carrot, thinly sliced
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sugar
3.5 oz bean sprouts
A healthy, fast, flavorful dinner recipe, using a variety of our Concerto® Grape Tomatoes, Maestro® Sweet Bell Peppers and Fresco® Mini Cucumbers. Fantastic with grilled fish or chicken.
Instructions
Whisk together the hot pepper, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and vinegar in a small bowl.
Toss with cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, carrot, cilantro, bean sprouts and serve.
