A hearty Roma Tomato stew, add fresh sourdough or olive bread to finish.
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sausages and brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic and sage and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add beans and salt. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Plate and serve with a green salad.
