Tojo style Concerto® Grape Tomato and Fresco® Mini Cucumber Cocktail.
- Whisk together rice vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt to make dressing.
- In large bowl, add tomatoes, prawns, crab, cucumber, avocado and jalapeno pepper. Top with dressing and toss lightly.
- Spoon into martini glasses.
- Garnish with red onion slices & cilantro, serve.
