Our spin on the classic Greek Salad, featuring our Maestro® Red Peppers.
Instructions
- To make the dressing, combine the garlic, dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped herbs, yogurt, red wine vinegar and whisk in the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Combine the peppers, red onion, cucumber, grape tomatoes, and cheese and coat well with dressing. Top with fresh oregano and parsley. Serve.
