This super simple recipe perfectly highlights the slightly sweet and smoky taste of Gusto® Shishito Peppers. Tossed in olive oil with a touch of Parmesan sprinkled on top, this BBQ Gusto® Shishito and Parm recipe will be your go-to appetizer all year long!
Instructions
- Turn BBQ on high heat and heat to 600 F.
- Toss peppers in olive oil and salt.
- Grill util the peppers are blistered and slightly blackened.
- Take off heat and place on a plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and squeeze of fresh lemon.
